Text messages from Mix Command
Last updated October 8, 2026
Mix Command texts you only when you ask. Here's what we send, and how to stop.
What we text
- Sign-in codes. You ask for one when you sign in to your Backstage pass or your Mix Command account.
- Codes to confirm a number. You ask for one when you add a mobile number to your account, or before you register a mixer.
- Replies to HELP, STOP and START.
That's all. We send no ads or promotions.
How you sign up
Type your mobile number, check the box, and tap Text me a code. The box starts unchecked. If you leave it unchecked, we text nothing.
Full size
The box says:
Text me sign-in codes from Mix Command. One text each time you ask for a code. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Text terms · Privacy · Terms
You'll find the same box at mixcommand.com/account, when you sign in with a number or add one, and at mixcommand.com/r, when you register a mixer.
How often
One text each time you ask for a code. We send at most five codes an hour to a number.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Mix Command doesn't charge for texts.
Stop, start or get help
- Reply STOP to stop. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT and STOPALL work too. We send one text to confirm, then no more.
- Reply START or UNSTOP to get texts again.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@mixcommand.com.
