Terms of use
Last updated October 8, 2026
These terms cover your use of mixcommand.com and the Mix Command app during the beta. By using them you agree to these terms. Mix Command is made by Alpine Internet Solutions ("we"). Questions: support@mixcommand.com.
The beta
Mix Command is in beta: it's free while the beta lasts, it's still changing, and it may have bugs. Features may change or stop, and we may end the beta. We'll give beta members notice before anything is charged for; nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Your console, and the show
Mix Command changes settings on your mixing console. Check your levels and routing before and during a show, keep a way to mix without it, and keep your own backups of your console's scenes. Loud sound can damage hearing and equipment: set limits on your system and in-ear monitors. You're responsible for the sound at your shows.
Your account and Backstage pass
- Give accurate information, and sign in only with a phone number that's yours.
- You own what you put in your Backstage pass. You let us store and show it as you choose (private, to bands you work with, or public), only to run Mix Command.
- Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, or anything unlawful, hateful or misleading. We may remove content or suspend a Backstage pass that breaks these rules.
- You can delete your Backstage pass at any time.
Text messages
- Program: Mix Command sign-in codes, run by Alpine Internet Solutions.
- What we send: one-time codes you ask for, to sign in, to confirm a number you add, or to register a mixer. No ads or promotions.
- How often: one text each time you ask for a code. Msg frequency varies.
- Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
- Stop: reply STOP at any time. We confirm once, then send no more. Reply START to opt back in.
- Help: reply HELP, or email support@mixcommand.com.
- Delivery: carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent: you opt in by checking the box next to your number. You can sign in to an account by email or passkey instead.

The talent library
The library lists real bands and performers so you can start from their lineups. It's for reference only and isn't endorsed by them. What you share with the library (a band's name and its players' names and instruments) may be shown to other users after review.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of Mix Command, use it to send spam or unwanted messages, or access other people's consoles, mixes or Backstage passes without their permission.
Trademarks
WING, WING Rack and WING Compact are trademarks of Music Tribe. Mix Command is an independent product and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Music Tribe or Behringer. Other names belong to their owners.
No warranty
Mix Command is provided "as is" during the beta, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Alpine Internet Solutions isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or damage to equipment or hearing arising from the use of Mix Command, and our total liability is limited to US $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and tell beta members before a significant change takes effect. You can stop using Mix Command at any time. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
